China Certification & Inspection Group is an independent legal entity which is incorporated by voluntary enterprises or organizations with China Certification & Inspection Group Co., Ltd. being the parent company. Reorganized from former China National Import & Export Commodities Inspection Corp., China Certification & Inspection Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to CCIC) is a transnational company that is dedicated to provide inspection, surveying, certification and testing services, with authorization from the State Council, and with accreditation by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine and the Certification & Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China.

CCIC has the status of a legal entity, and independently undertakes its civil liability. Briefly, it is committed to the development of trade and cooperative relationship by providing impartial, accurate and prompt services. In accordance with the laws and regulations of P.R China governing import and export commodity inspection, the inspection activities of CCIC are directly under the supervision of the State Administration for Entry-Exit and Quarantine of P.R. China.

CCIC attaches great importance to the cooperation with foreign counterparts, and thus has made considerable achievements. Currently, CCIC enjoys cooperative relationships with over 60 foreign inspection and/or certification agencies throughout the world, such as Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL), Canadian KEMA, ULC, Intertek Testing Services (ITS), Bureau Veritas (BV), OMIC, SK and Japan Grain Inspection Association, etc.CCIC is in a Position to offer to clients certain types of services provided by the abovementioned foreign agencies.

CCIC employs a number of well-experienced professionals and technicians, and is equipped with advanced inspection equipment and instruments. Through its well-equipped safety-testing laboratories, CCIC can help clients get access to various safety certifications, and ISO9001, ISO14001 & QS9000 quality registrations, as well as CB certificates & CB reports and EMC testing reports.
